Medical Branding Turnaround

Anderson Podiatry Center – In May 2013, our colleague Maria Todd, one of the most well known experts in the healthcare business, who introduced us to Poudre Valley Foot & Ankle Clinic, contacted us. That client decided to work with us, and within weeks, we toured the 3 clinics they run in Colorado and Wyoming, and proposed a plan.

Some say what we did was nothing less than transformational. The client is thrilled; a new name was introduced to the business based on the research, analysis and environmental scan. We have conducted employee interviews, competitive surveys and tours, positioning mapping exercise with the main stakeholders, and trained the staff about “BRANDING the way it should be”. The new logo we created won an international Summit award and a beautiful trophy, which inspired the clinic staff and surgeons to reach new heights with exceptional brand promise, new market recognition, new fresh uniforms and new website, with a complete remodeling of their surgery center, which we then helped them prepare for license renewal and state accreditation. Maria also helped them work on insurance contracting and reimbursement matters. And now is working on the next phase which of social media and brand reputation management, digital marketing effectiveness and public relations speaking and publishing opportunities for the surgeons. In short period (4 months) this brand is experiencing the transformation that a true turnaround in “rebranding” means: Compelling, unique and differentiating brand positioning, including the ways to deliver that brand experience to enthusiastic patients. The next step for Anderson Podiatry Center is to sell its services to national and international clientele. That day is coming soon, they are ready.
